Chelsea Houska isn't keeping any of her fitness and diet plans a secret! The Teen Mom 2 star has been vocal about getting her post baby body back after giving birth to her second child, Watson, back in January. And luckily for fans, she just revealed her meal plan that you can whip up at home!
The MTV star wasn't shy about showing off her growing baby bump during her second pregnancy!
This past weekend, Chelsea told her Snapchat followers that she prepped all her meals for the week...only to have her husband, Cole DeBoer, eat them all! So of course, fans were curious...what is her diet plan?!
She wrote on Twitter, "I just make a bunch of lean burgers and eat them with no bun or chicken kabobs with veggies!"
Mom problems! She tweeted about the struggles of dieting after giving birth.
Just one month after giving birth to her baby boy, she tweeted that she was out of shape. Girl, please!
