Chris Soules is looking to prolong his 15 minutes of fame without Whitney Bischoff! After his fiancée left him in Los Angeles to return to work as a fertility nurse in Chicago, The Bachelor star reportedly plans to end their engagement.
“Honestly, Chris just wants to be famous,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “He doesn’t really want to be in a relationship right now.”
The insider added that Chris “cares more about the fame than he does about Whitney.”
With his fiancée back in Chicago, Chris is reportedly “happy to get away from her!” “Chris has been dancing better now that Whitney isn’t there,” the insider dished. “He has been doing well. He was always in the bottom and now he’s really good.”
With Whitney in Chicago focusing on her full-time job and Chris in L.A. trying to snag the mirror ball trophy, the insider explained, “The breakup looks like it is definitely coming soon.”
The duo sparked trouble in paradise when Chris told Glamour of his fiancée’s absence during last week’s show: “She actually went back to Chicago this weekend. She had some work things to get caught up on. And now this process is getting really intense.”
He added, “I’m not even existent to her, and she’s missing friends and home, so she’s going to take some time back there, and I’m sure she’ll be back in the next couple weeks hopefully if I’m still here.”
