Christina El Moussa really wants to get on Joanna Gaines' good side! A source told OK! Magazine that ever since Joanna and her husband Chip Gaines announced they were getting their own TV network, Christina has been getting a bit too friendly with the Fixer Upper star.
“Ever since news broke that Joanna and Chip are getting their own network, Christina’s been kissing up to her," an insider revealed to OK!.
"Christina hopes Joanna will put in a good word with Discovery execs, and maybe even involve her in one of her new spinoffs,” the source continued.
Joanna has been trying to keep her distance from the real estate agent. “Jo is flattered but she’s
not exactly putting out the welcome mat,” the source said.

Christina is premiering her own show on HGTV next year called Christina on the Coast. She will be hosting the show solo after her stint on Flip or Flop with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.
Joanna and Chip are returning to television with their own network. "So we actually partnered with David Zaslav (Discovery's CEO) and Discovery, we're actually going to have a network, and I think we're going to really carve it out in a way that makes sense to us and our family," Chip revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last month. "It's going to be filmed a lot in Waco, Texas, so we don't have to travel a whole lot. So with all things being equal, we're really excited."
