Madonna wants her baby back! The popstar is fighting her way through a nasty custody battle with her ex, Guy Ritchie, to win back her son Rocco.
A source told Us, “She has been crying constantly over what’s going on with Rocco.”
The mother of four thought her 15-year-old son would be back in her arms for Christmas but her son declined, instead staying in London with his father. “Rocco has expressed very clearly that he didn’t want to return to NYC.”

The couple divorced in 2008 after eight years together and they have been in a custody battle since.
“This entire thing is 40 percent Rocco and 60 percent Guy,” the source explained. “Guy is trying hard to mess with her again” and is brainwashing Rocco.
