PHOTOS‘Counting On’ Star Jessa Duggar Shows Off Her Stunning Remodeled Home

Jessa Duggar isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty! When the Counting On star decided she wanted to redo her living room, the soon-to-be mom-of-three took matters into her own hands — and stayed up until 1am to see her project through to the end!

Jessa, 26, shared this before photo of her living room, complete with green walls and a brown coffee table.
In the caption, Jessa said inspiration struck at 7pm, and she decided she wanted to take her living room in a more “minimalist” direction.
She immediately headed to Lowe’s with her sons Spurgeon and Henry to pick up some paint!
“Spent $60 on a quality one-coat gallon of paint, tape, a roller, pan and brush— came home and got to work. ? Husband Ben Seewald was pleasantly surprised when he walked in the door. ?,” she joked.

After finishing the paint job at 1am, Jessa got to work on the furniture and sold off several pieces!
“With the money made, it gave me a budget to be able to buy a new rug from Amazon and a couple of plants from Hobby Lobby (when they were 1/2 off, of course)!” the savvy shopper wrote.
“It may not be HGTV worthy, but it’s the hub of our home and we feel like it’s a massive transformation! ??,” she said of the new space.
Plus, with another baby on the way in June, the redone room gives her kids ever more room to run around.
Jessa isn’t the only one in the family with interior design skills. Her sister-in-law Lauren Duggar recently showed off her redone home, and her sister Jana surprised their parents Jim Bob and Michelle with a brand new bedroom.
