Jinger Duggar is making sure her parents Jim Bob and Michelle feel appreciated! In a lengthy open letter on Instagram, the Counting On star wrote an emotional tribute to her famous mom and dad, and thanked them for raising her the way they did. She shared the post just before she leaves behind her humble Midwest roots and makes the big move out to Los Angeles with her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, and their daughter, Felicity.

Jinger, 26, shared a photo of her parents kissing her on either side of her face on her wedding day. In the caption, she wrote a letter and began by expressing her “deep love and gratitude” for Jim Bob and Michelle.
“You two have impacted my life in ways that will forever be imprinted upon my heart,” she wrote.
She thanked them for “training” her and her 18 siblings to be Christians by their words and actions.
Jinger said her parents’ greatest lesson has been a “love for God and others.”

The young mom called her own parents “role models” and said she wishes she and Jeremy can raise Felicity “with that same nurturing care and devotion.”
Jinger ended her letter by saying, “I love you both dearly!” and signing off, “Your grateful daughter, Jinge.”
The post comes a few weeks after Jinger and Jeremy announced they are moving to Los Angeles so he can pursue his graduate studies. Jinger has not lived in her native Arkansas near the Duggar clan since the two wed in 2016. After their wedding, they moved to Laredo, TX.
Jinger’s move to LA will put her the farthest away from her family she’s ever been. However, she has always said she wants to live in a big city, especially New York, but her mom previously denied it.
