Jinger, 25, and Jeremy, 31, revealed that they are saying goodbye to their home in Laredo, TX, and moving cross-country!

The couple told People they are taking their daughter Felicity and heading to Los Angeles, CA.

“In recent days, God has made it overwhelmingly clear to us that he is leading us out of Laredo,” the couple said in a statement.

“Through much prayer and counsel, the next step for our family is to relocate to Los Angeles to attend Grace Community Church as Jeremy pursues graduate studies at The Master’s Seminary,” they announced.

Jinger and Jeremy have been living in Laredo since their November 2016 wedding. At the time, Jinger made the leap from Arkansas to Texas to be with her new husband.

In May 2018, Jeremy first announced that he'd been accepted into The Master's Seminary in Los Angeles, but they didn't make the move at the time. The couple may have chosen to delay the move until after Felicity was born in July 2018.

The parents admitted it will be difficult to leave behind their community in Laredo, where they've been able to rely on friends and neighbors during family emergencies.

“As excited as we are to begin this new adventure, leaving Laredo this July will be one of the hardest things we’ve ever done; our friends here have become like family. Please pray for us as we open this new chapter of our lives,” they said.

Although L.A. will be a huge transition from Jinger’s smalltown upbringing, the Duggar daughter has previously been open about her love of big cities. However, her mom Michelle shut down the idea at the time and claimed Jinger just “wanted to live 15 minutes from Walmart.”
