No excuses here! Demi was seen leaving a workout class with a friend and it's pretty obvious that she got her butt kicked!

On Mondays, the "Confident" singer bares it all and uploads a makeup free selfie on her social media accounts and calls it "No Makeup Monday," also known as #NMM.

But her natural beauty isn't the only thing the singer loves to share. Demi also proudly shares pictures of her journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Since overcoming an eating disorder, the singer has been extremely open about how she turned her life around and now strives for a healthy and fit bod!

During an interview with Complex magazine, Demi opened up about how she learned to love her curves. "I’m not naturally super thin. I have an athletic body. I just have to embrace that. There are days when it’s hard to, but more and more, there are days where I’m actually proud of my body," she explained.
