Jill Duggar has a new recipe up her sleeve. The former Counting On star's husband Derick Dillard took to Instagram to share Jill’s latest concoction, and no, it doesn’t even contain a canned good!

Derick revealed that Jill has mastered the art of creating sushi. Yes, sushi!
The proud hubby shared his wife’s Christmas creation on Instagram. He posted a photo of her homemade roll sitting atop an Arkansas-shaped cutting board.
“Dillard family Christmas tradition (as of 2018 ;) delicious homemade sushi my wonderful wifey @jillmdillard just whipped up for us! Thanks babe!” Derick captioned the pic.
Jill and Derick’s favorite date night activity is grabbing sushi. The two often post pics of themselves at their favorite spot, KJ Sushi & Korean BBQ in Fayetteville.

It turns out Derick’s sister-in-law Deena Dillard gave them their own sushi kit so they could make it at home! “Yay! It looks like the kit worked! :),” she commented. “Yes! It’s the gift that keeps on giving! ;) Thank y’all so much!” Derick replied.
Sushi is a huge departure from Jill’s usual cooking repertoire. She typically makes crockpot recipes or recipes containing heavy amounts of her favorite ingredient: canned goods.
