Dorit Kemsley And Husband PK Struggle To Sell Their Mansion Amid Legal Woes

Mo' money, mo' problems! Dorit Kemsley and husband PK recently found themselves struggling to sell their luxury Beverly Hills mansion. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her hubby are having trouble in the real estate business amid the English businessman's legal troubles.

The pair re-listed their mansion for $7.5 million after initially planning to sell it for $12.5 million. They put first their six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home on the market in July 2017.

Their property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and contains top of the line security. Their home overlooks the Los Angeles skyline and also includes a gourmet kitchen and a massive dining room. Other amenities to the property include a screening room, sauna, a wine room,a pool, a sauna and a sundeck.

Over the last two-and-a-half years, the Bravo star and her husband have dropped below their original asking price in order to sell. They slashed their price down to $10.95million in October 2017 and then by another million dollar decrease in January 2018 to $9.75 million.  The couple removed their mansion from the real estate market in August 2018  and re-listed it a month later for $8.745 million.

Dorit and PK were entwined in a messy legal battle following a squabble with former business associate, Nicos Kirzis, who accused them of not paying back a loan. They settled for $1.2 million in court. The twosome were also hit with several federal tax liens over the course of three years. The IRS filed two tax liens over their unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Dorit and PK for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23 and the second lien was for PK. The IRS accused him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016.

In August, the court was looking to seize Dorit's funds. Nicos tried to get the courts to seize almost $30,000 in the Bravo celeb's bank account as repayment for the loan. She claimed that all the money in the account was hers and that her husband did not add to her personal finances.

Earlier, Dorit denied having money problems while out in Los Angeles with PK. “Everything is good. Everything is perfect. There is no money issue, no money issue,” Dorit firmly revealed to TooFab.
