Ingredients:

2 parts Sauza Blue Reposado Tequila

2 parts orange juice

2 dashes grenadine

Lemon wedge for garnish

Directions: In a glass filled with ice, stir together orange juice and tequila. Pour the two dashes of grenadine down the side so that it settles to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

2 oz. Avión Silver

3/4 oz. Jalapeño-Infused Elderflower Liqueur

1/2 oz. Orange Juice

1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

3 Sage Leaves

1 Sage Leaf and Salt for garnish

Directions: Muddle sage in a shaker. Add all ingredients. Shake. Double strain. Pour over ice in salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with sage leaf.

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 parts SVEDKA Strawberry Colada

1 part sour mix

6 Thai basil leaves pulled

soda water

Directions: Lightly muddle basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients, except the soda. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with soda and stir lightly to mix. Garnish with lime wedge and straw. As an alternative to sour mix, dissolve 1 tsp sugar in 1/2 part fresh lime juice before muddling. Garnish with an orange slice and skewered cherry.

1 and 1/2 parts Cruzan Key Lime Rum

1/2 parts John DeKuyper & Sons O3 Premium Orange Liqueur

2 dashes Bitters

1 part Sparkling Wine

Orange Twist

Directions: Combine Key Lime Rum, John DeKuyper & Sons O3 Premium Orange Liqueur, and Bitters over ice and stir for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and add sparkling wine. Garnish with a wide twist of orange peel.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon

.5 oz. Carpanta Antica Sweet Vermouth

.5 oz. Cucumber-Rose Infused Dry Vermouth

1 dash Orange Bitters

Directions: Stir all ingredients in mixing glass. Strain into coupe. Garnish with Orange Rind Twist.

To Make Infused-Vermouth: Macerate 1/4 of a Cucumber with 2 barspoons of Rose Water in a quart of Martini Dry Vermouth. Let infuse for 36-48 hours. Strain back into Dry Vermouth bottle. This keeps for 12 weeks.

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 oz. Absolut Citron

3/4 oz. Cointreau

1/2 oz. White cranberry juice

1/2 oz. Pomegranate syrup

Directions: Muddle two limes in a shaker, add absolute, cointreau, white cranberry juice, and pomegranate syrup over ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass. Add a cube of dry ice (about the size of a grape) to garnish and watch martini smoke. Let dry ice dissolve completely before consuming cocktail.
