Farrah Abraham’s adorable daughter Sophia is quickly becoming a social media wiz just like her mom, and while fans were in uproar over the 6-year-old have an Instagram account, the Teen Mom OG is unbothered.

Since Sophia launched her own page nearly a week ago, and already racked up thousands of followers, many Teen Mom fans slammed Farrah for letting her daughter post photos online.

Commenter @sundevilblonde, for instance, wrote, “Whoring out your kid what a shame,” while user @miss_mouse04 said, “Another way to use your daughter for promotions.”

The 24-year-old told OK! exclusively, “So we actually had some talks, deep talks and Sophia just loves how I’m fun on my Instagram, my Snapchat. I include her as much as I can, but I do like to keep some things separate. I think that’s why it was important to give Sophia her own light.”

She continued, “She has her own huge fanbase and she should have an Instagram, a Snapchat, a Facebook, a Twitter, and she has all those things. I have to say it’s not really outlandish to do that when you are in the public eye. I’m comfortable with having that because it’s ran by a PR firm. It's me and everyone else approving things and watching over. It’s not Sophia directly…she has fun with it.”
