Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband Isaiah Silva is suing her mother Courtney Love! In a shocking lawsuit, Isaiah claims his ex-wife’s mother tried to have him killed in an attempt to steal back her late husband Kurt Cobain’s guitar.
Included in the lawsuit is Courtney’s manager Sam Lufti, 13 Reasons Why and Riverdale actor Ross Butler, private investigator John Nazarian, and musician Michael Schenk, People reported.
In the civil complaint obtained by the site, Isaiah accused the group of burglary, robbery, sexual battery, kidnapping, attempted murder, criminal threats, false imprisonment, extortion, stalking, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and trespass.
Isaiah claimed John and Michael entered into his home on June 3 and “did assault and cause physical injury to Silva’s mother while in Silva’s presence and with the intent of terrorizing and intimidating Silva.”

Isaiah also alleged Courtney’s manager Sam grabbed his genitals through his pants and said, “Listen f****t, calm the f**k down or we’ll drag you upstairs and take turns f**king you.”
Isaiah claimed the men tried forcing him out of his home and into a black Cadillac Escalade, at which point Isaiah’s friend called police. Isaiah also accused Riverdale actor Ross of supplying Courtney and Frances with illegal drugs.
Earlier this month, Isaiah, who claims Frances gave him her father’s guitar as a gift, officially became owner of the guitar as part of his and Frances’ divorce settlement. What do you think of Isaiah’s shocking claims? Sound off in the comments below.
