This nanny is here to stay! After it was revealed Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale split over his infidelities with the family nanny, Mindy Mann, it appears their relationship is still going strong!
The Australian Gwen-lookalike was seen hard at work at Pint Size Kids in Sherman Oaks, Calif. hard at work though her rocker former boss paid her a visit the day prior.
Gavin, 50, was spotted at the daycare on Dec. 8 and The Daily Mail reported the Range Rover, which was being driven by Rossdale, waited outside for 30 minutes before pulling away.

According to RadarOnline, the child care center was financed by Gavin and Gwen, 46, after they gave their former nanny a loan to open it up.
A source said Gwen and Gavin loaned her $50,000 to open Pint Size in 2012, during the time she was employed by the couple and reportedly cheating with Gavin.

“Mindy didn’t plan on asking Gwen and Gavin for the money. It was Gavin who discovered the funds were needed to get the business open,” the source said. “Gwen is all about empowering other women, and thought it was a good investment.”
