If you were curious as to why Giuliana Rancic hasn't been on E! News for the past few days, it's not because she's left the network. Instead, G was Down Under in Sydney, Australia, hosting the ASTRA Awards which, as Giuliana put it, is basically like the Aussie's version of the Emmy's.
Giuliana wore a black lace and mesh gown designed by Australian designer Alex Perry, whose dresses she's worn many times to red carpet functions. But since G hosted the actual show, she had about six costume changes throughout the night!
And while her look is pretty gorg, the part of the show that really made headlines is that Giuliana finally addressed her pin-thin frame during an interview on the red carpet.
When asked by the Daily Mail Australia about how she feels about the public criticizing her for being too skinny, Giuliana said, "I think the best thing to do, honestly, is not even talk about it. You know? As long as you know the truth, that’s all that matters."
Of course, the other controversy surrounding Giuliana these days is regarding Fashion Police. G came under fire the day after the Oscars for making comments on the show that some considered to be racist.
Though clearly those comments aren't affecting Giuliana's professional life—she wasn't just a red carpet reporter but was rather the host of the ASTRAs, and that's pretty major!
