The actor, who played fan-favorite Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the hit series, was taken into custody after the Los Angeles Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrived at his home with a search warrant, Crime Watch Daily reports.

The 33-year-old’s first run-in with the law occurred when he was ordered to pay a fine of 2.7 million to ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela who accused him of sexual battery in January 2013.
