Gregg’s heartbreaking cancer diagnosis came to light after his wife NeNe shared the news back in June.
Former foes came out of the woodwork to wish him well, notably NeNe’s frenemy Kim Zolciak.
This hasn’t been easy on Gregg and NeNe’s marriage either, as the RHOA star admitted that the illness has put a strain on their relationship.

His current situation has been showcased on the latest RHOA season, where NeNe supported his decision not to go the chemotherapy route.
Now, Gregg has asked his fans for their prayers as he continues to fight for his life. He took to social media and asked for their support over the weekend.
“Standing in the 'Need of Prayer' in Every area of my Life.. My Health, Family, My Wife, My Kids,” he wrote. “Every area.. Cmon Prayer Warriors..”
