Hailey Baldwin has both love and business on the brain, as The Blast reported that she trademarked her married name for a major financial purpose. Read on to find out why.
Hailey married pop superstar Justin Bieber last month. The "Sorry" singer finally confirmed this news to a fan earlier this week.
Now she's trying to take her new name and lock it up all for herself, as The Blast reported Friday afternoon that she filed to register "Hailey Bieber" on October 10th.
A clothing line was the purpose for her doing this, according to documents that The Blast obtained. Not only that, but she locked up her maiden name and a name called HRB3.

She filed for the trademarks under her company, Rhodedeodato Corp. It happens to be a combination of her middle name, Rhode, and her mother Kennya's maiden name, Deodato.
This is the first time that she's acknowledged her marriage to the pop star. Hailey recently congratulated another new set of newlyweds this past week: fellow supermodel Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner.
