On Nov. 3 Miranda Lambert attended the CMA awards and accepted her biggest accolade, Female Vocalist of the Year. But her night did not pan out as she hoped and we can thank her ex husband, Blake Shelton, for that.
Right after Miranda accepted her award, Blake stirred the pot by laughing at co-hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood’s jokes about his and Miranda’s split.
He even tweeted about all the great things happening in his life and held his new beaus, Gwen Stefani’s hand tightly as he escorted her to his record label’s after party.
In Touch reported, “He knew exactly what he was doing by releasing a statement about his new girl on Miranda’s biggest night, and she feels completely humiliated.”

Blake’s announcement was “shameful grandstanding that stole some of her thunder – and took the focus away from the music,” the insider added.

It looks like the divorce is getting ugly for Miranda and Blake, who just split three-and-a-half months ago.
“Blake knows Miranda better than anyone and he knows that all of this Gwen stuff is just killing her,” the insider explained. “But this is the ultimate revenge – moving on and being happy and in love with Gwen.”
