Her reason for ditching the Bravo franchise? The Yummie Tummie owner reportedly wants to spend more quality time with family and focus on her growing business.
A source revealed to Us Weekly that, “She wants to focus full-time on her business, her family and expanding into the health and nutrition arena.”
Heather is facing controversy this season with Bravo alum Bethenny Frankel and newbie Dorinda Medley, not to mention fighting more than usual with the other women. “The cons of doing the show far outweigh the pros at this point, and what the show has become don’t fit what she wants to be doing,” says the insider.

The source claims the 45-year-old reality star “did it to promote her business and it devolved into ridiculous fights over the ridiculous antics of some unstable women.”

The question remains, will she stay close with the other “Housewives” once they stop filming? “It is no longer a good fit with where she sees her life going so she is making the choice to walk away,” says the insider.
