Multiple sources have confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple are expecting their first baby together.
While this is Chloe's first child, Jeremy shares one biological son, Jeremy Jr., and two stepchildren with his ex-wife, Melissa.
The 34-year-old and Melissa filed for divorce in October after the model cheated on her with Chloe.

"I had no indication that he was looking for another relationship. Of course, people who are married, who have been in long-term relationships, you go through your ups and downs. This I felt was just a new chapter in our life that we had to work through. that we had to figure out, get over the hump, and we'd iron things out and we'd get through it and everything would be fine," Melissa explained at the time.
She continued, "my whole world has been torn apart by this. What do I tell our children? My heart is broken. What sort of woman would do something like this to another woman? My marriage wasn't perfect but I thought it could be saved, until this happened."
Since his divorce from Melissa the "hot felon" has been parading his relationship with Chloe all around the world, taking lavish vacations to Barbados, Israel, Germany and Turkey.
