The Teen Mom 2 star admitted that divorcing David is in her "thoughts" after he shot her pup.
Sources claimed on Saturday, May 4, that David is on the hunt for a program or therapist to administer anger management. The former reality star's temper has allegedly become a strain on his marriage to Jenelle.
