RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that David appeared in front of Judge Melinda Crouch early Friday, May 3rd in North Carolina’s New Hanover Civil Court for a hearing with his baby mama Olivia Leedham and her lawyer.
A court clerk told the site, "Mr. Eason is now current on his child support obligation."
Adding, "He paid his child support. He doesn't owe any child support of as of today.” However, the clerk explained that David is still expected to pay child support monthly.
While David's child support drama is put behind him, the drama surrounding him killing Jenelle's dog isn't.

Following the incident, Jenelle admitted that she has filing for divorce in her "thoughts," but nothing is certain.
Another source told Radar that Jenelle is “scared” of her husband, so filing for divorce may never happen.
