Jennifer Aniston is known for having one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood, and she just let fans in on her best diet tip. The actress swears by intermittent fasting, which is a program in which one eats during an 8 hour window and fasts for the other 16 hours of the day.
"I do intermittent fasting, so there’s no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours," Jennifer, 50, told the U.K. outlet Radio Times. The Friends star wakes up around 9 a.m. and sticks to a liquid diet before her eating period begins. "Today, I woke up and had a celery juice. Then I started to brew some coffee, but I don’t drink coffee that early," she said.
The Murder Mystery star's morning routine also includes a meditation session and a workout. Jennifer's Morning Show costar Reese Witherspoon adheres to a similar regime. "I just have a green juice and a coffee in the morning. I find it really hard to work out before 7:30 a.m. But that’s the time I start one — 7:30 a.m. I probably do that six days a week," the Oscar winner detailed.
Jennifer broke the Internet when she decided to join Instagram on October 15 after years of shunning social media. Her first post on the app was a selfie with her Friends costars Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. She also promptly followed ex Justin Theroux. He followed her back, but she didn't realize he had done so because she was getting so many follow requests that Instagram experienced temporarily difficulties.

"She actually texted me. She said, 'You haven't followed me,' and I said, 'Of course I followed you!' and she's like, 'No you haven't!' I realized I was one of the people caught in the glitch. So, I had followed, commented ...." he explained to Entertainment Tonight about the mix-up.
To avoid an Instagram addiction, Jen got a totally separate phone that she uses when she wants to spend time on the photo-sharing site. "I decided to get two phones … So one sits in my office and when that Instagramming has to happen, I'll commit to that," she told the Los Angeles Times. "I already get distracted enough by other things in life. But I'm very happy that it seems to have been a fun thing and that it seems to be well-received," she added.
Jennifer set a Guinness World Record for the fastest Instagram account to reach one million followers. She now has over 16.3 million followers and counting.
