Troubled star Ben Affleck may have lost some fans after going to rehab for alcohol abuse, but he never lost respect and love from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner—who gave him a beautiful shout out on Father’s Day. Read on to see what she said!
Jennifer showed her ex Ben some serious love on Father’s Day in a special post on Instagram. She posted a pic of Ben lovingly looking down at presumably one of their kids (cropped out of the pic), along with a message that read, “Our kids are lucky to have a dad who looks at them the way you look at them and loves them the way you love them, @benaffleck. #happyfathersday #threeluckykids #haveagreatday.”
The former couple share daughters Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and son Samuel, 6. And despite their divorce last year, they’ve spent a ton of time together with the kids—much to his girlfriend Lindsay Shookus’

Regardless, Ben also took time out to post on Instagram a sweet pic of a card that one of his kids sent him. It read, “Love you dad! You are my superhero!”
The Justice League star captioned the post, “I can think of three incredible reasons why today is so special. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and father figures out there, and to the women that empower them to be the best they can be. We are all so fortunate beyond measure.”
