Jill, 27, posted this photo of Derick, 30, doing work for law school.
“Hard workin’ man right here. #briefwriting #legalresearchandwriting Proud of you @derickdillard ❤️ ⏳????????,” she wrote.
Some fans were supportive of Derick. “Good job Derrick. It all pays off. Been there with my hubby too!!!” a follower commented.
“Jill your hubby is a smart man it will all be worth it in the end,” said another.

However, one follower slammed the post. “Funny how staged this photo looks,” they wrote.
“?,” Jill replied, before adding, “Didn’t have to stage anything.”
Jill is no stranger to negative comments, but she’s beginning to engage with the haters more, taking a page out of her sister Jessa’s book.
When a fan recently shaded Jill for sitting next to Derick while out to eat, Jill replied in all caps, “We ALWAYS do!!”
