Jill Duggar is standing up to the haters! When a follower criticized her date night with her husband Derick Dillard, the former Counting On star clapped back.

Jill, 27, shared this photo from her sushi night with her man.
Fans noticed the two were sitting side by side in a booth — which Jill has said is her favorite way to enjoy a meal with Derick, 30.
However, some followers found it strange.
“Why are you sitting next to Derrick instead of across from?” one person commented.

Jill, who normally ignores the haters, engaged.
“We ALWAYS do!! We prefer to sit next to each other vs. with the whole table between us....idk...just too much distance when we sit across from each other...lol. ?,” she replied.
Some fans agreed with Jill. “Why not?? My husband and i will sometimes share a side. Sometimes it’s nice to sit next to your other half,” a fan defended, while another simply said, “It’s cozy.”
Jill has been getting more vocal with her haters on Instagram. When a fan slammed her decision to homeschool her sons, Jill classily replied, “Thanks for sharing. I totally get that it’s not for everyone.”
She seems to be taking a page out of her sister Jessa's book. The vocal Duggar sibling is often defending her parenting choices and her siblings on social media.
