And okay, sure, we might’ve gotten ahead of ourselves with the excitement that they were engaged, but hey, there’s blatantly a ring on Vee’s left ring finger in this photo she posted this week, and fans were questioning it, too. But both Jo and Vee have put the engagement rumors to rest, using Twitter to confirm that they are not actually engaged to be married. Sorry, world! Vee tweeted, “no i’m not engaged! But my ring is surely impressive huh?”

The ring in question, which Vee wears on her left ring finger, boasts a pink stone rather than a diamond, but plenty of ladies prefer alternative engagement rings to classic diamond ones. It’s not crazy to think that this ring was the ring!

Jo and Vee are going strong after a mini break they had over the summer, which they awkwardly discussed during the Teen Mom 2 season 5 reunion show.
