Time really does heal all wounds, at least in the Duggar family. It hasn't even been two years since Josh Duggar’s sex and molestation scandals were uncovered and already the family is preparing to have the disgraced reality star return to a television near you!
While Josh was rumored to be the main reason behind TLC’s cancellation of the hit show, 19 Kids & Counting, back in 2015, a source told In Touch Josh is coming back to the small screen.
“Nobody thought TLC would ever allow him on again,” the insider confessed.

Since Josh’s scandals became public knowledge, the Duggars have remained in the spotlight with their spin-off series, Jill & Jessa: Counting On. However, according to In Touch, the show’s ratings have reportedly slipped, causing the Duggar family patriarch, Jim Bob, to devise a plan that would not only boost its ratings, but also bring back his son’s career.
“Jim Bob spent a month trying to convince TLC that Josh should be back on the show. They finally caved and agreed to let him film an upcoming Counting On webisode where he’ll talk about his joy at learning he’s going to be a father again,” the source explained. If the episode is well received, “He’ll appear on the next season of Counting On.”
