Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were photographed on their way to brunch at Joan's in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, October 24 just days after word got out that the model trademarked her married name and filed to register "Hailey Bieber." Fans weren't sure whether or not believe the rumors that the "Sorry" singer and his supermodel secretly got married last month, but Justin finally confirmed their marriage to a supporter last week.
Further confirming that Justin and Hailey are officially off the market, news broke out that the 21-year-old trademarked her married name for a major financial purpose.
On October 10th, the new wife filed to register "Hailey Bieber" in addition to locking up her maiden name and a name called HRB3. A future clothing line was the apparently the purpose of Hailey's trip down to the court house, according to documents that The Blast obtained.

She filed for the trademarks under her company, Rhodedeodato Corporation which is a combination of her middle name, Rhode, and her mother Kennya Baldwin's maiden name, Deodato.
Despite some recent photos showing them looking miserable together, Justin and his wife looked happy as can be on their brunch date. The pop star opted to wear a mustard yellow colored sweatshirt that had "drew" printed on it and some navy blue Nike gym shorts. Hailey looked cute in a oversized orange knit sweater with a pair of distressed denim shorts and sporty white sneakers.
