Downsizing! Justin Bieber & Hailey Baldwin Are Ditching Their Mansion For A Smaller Home

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin want to try something a little different. According to a source close to the couple, they are planning to ditch their Beverly Hills mansion for a smaller, more cozy home.

The source told ET that the pair looked at home in The Summit, a gated community in Beverly Hills. The 25-year-old singer and the model, 23, also reportedly scouted out a farmhouse that was renovated by former Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis. The latter is being sold for about $3.5 million.

At the time of that purchase, another source told ET that the newlyweds were happy with the extravagant home. "Justin and Hailey really took their time to settle down roots in L.A. because they wanted the perfect home," the insider said. "The couple wanted something that was safe, centrally located and had room for their possible expanding family."

Their living situation isn't the only thing the lovebirds are leaving behind. According to an Us Weekly source, it appears the pair are also trying to move past any Selena Gomez drama. An insider claims that Hailey bares no ill will towards her husband's ex. Though Selena made her grand comeback by releasing a song that many fans believe is about her relationship with the Canada-born crooner, the supermodel wasn't threatened by it.

“Hailey wasn’t mad about ‘Lose You To Love Me’ at all,” the source continued. “Hailey thinks Selena is talented. By liking photos of Selena, whether it be a glam shot or ones that her friends post on Instagram, Hailey wants to show that there are no hard feelings. It’s her way of trying to make peace and show her support for Selena in a low key way, yet public way.”
