From having two bachelorettes kick off the season to Kaitlyn Bristowe’s reported pregnancy, it’s a season of firsts for The Bachelorette! After news broke of Kaitlyn possibly welcoming a new addition to Bachelor nation, the ABC star turned to Twitter to set the record straight.
Bachelor producer Elan Gale tweeted to the dance instructor, “Hey I heard you were pregnant that is so cool congratulations.”
The Bachelorette star shut down the rumor by quipping, “Thank you so much I appreciate all the support. I’m going to name him Elan.”

Life & Style broke the pregnancy news after a trailer for the season revealed that Kaitlin had sex with a contestant before the Fantasy Suite. “Sources close to ABC are telling people that Kaitlyn got pregnant during the show – that she is knocked up,” a source told the magazine.

The insider added, “Kaitlyn doesn’t want people to think she’s irresponsible, but ABC loves the pregnancy talk. It brings more drama to a sometimes boring show.”
