Kardashian staffers aren’t the only ones who complain about working for the reality royalty—their family nannies claim they are just as difficult to work with, especially Kanye West and Kourtney Kardashian!
An ex nanny told Star magazine that Kourtney comes off as a down-to-Earth mother of three, but while she’s not fussy about her children—Mason, 5; Penelope, 3; and Reign, 10 months—she is finicky as a boss!
“She asked me to call her madam at all times,” the ex nanny said. “I once slipped up and called her Kourtney, and she threw a hissy fit. I never made that mistake again.”
Kanye is just as bad, the magazine reports. The rapper splurged on a top-rated nanny for $2,000, but the contract came with a very strict clause not to wake him or Kim Kardashian up.
“The idea was to keep Kim from becoming stressed when North would wake up crying,” the former staffer said.

However, if West, who has his own studio at home, was disturbed by Nori, the pay would be cut. “The amount was vastly reduced if the baby interrupted Kanye’s sleep,” the source said.

Pam Behan, the infamous former Kardashian nanny to Kris and Caitlyn Jenner’s children, famously wrote a tell-all about being the family caretaker from 1991 to 1996 and revealed tons of family secrets, mostly about the momager who she said was “obsessed” with fame. “The only places Kris would go would be popular among other celebrities or high-powered people. She never really hung out with people who were a nobody, so to speak,” she said.
