Kardashian Websites Hacked! Millions Of Subscribers’ Personal Info Leaked In Scary Security Issue On Kylie Jenner’s App
The Kardashians spent over a year making content for their new websites, but maybe they didn’t spend enough time making sure the website is secure! According to TechCrunch, a glitch in the website revealed all of their dedicated subscribers’ personal information when it was hacked on Sept. 16.
A developer found an issue in the apps and hacked into the accounts of over 600,000 users who signed up for Kylie Jenner’s app.
TechCruch explained exactly how he did it, but the developer, Alaxic Smith, said he was able to obtain the first and last names and email addresses of 663,270 people who signed up.
He claimed he was also able to create and destroy users, photos and videos on the site. However, subscribers’ payment information was not breached in the hack.

TechCrunch called it “clearly a major issue in terms of security” but so far, the Kardashian-Jenner clan, has not addressed the hacking scandal. The apps’ developer, Whalerock Industries, admitted the issue and said it was resolved.
