Fit And 40! Kate Gosselin Shows Off Her Bikini Body On Mexican Vacation In Kate Plus 8: The BIG Four Oh

It looks like Kate Gosselin can, as she said in 2012, “de-age.” The mother-of-8 showed off her fit bikini body in TLC’s special, Kate Plus 8: The BIG Four Oh, documenting her 40th birthday. Click through to see the photos!

The ex wife of Jon Gosselin spent her big birthday at the beach with her children and a pal, admitting that she’s happier than ever since their divorce in 2009.

“It's been the greatest five years of my life,” she said.

However, Gosselin was not very willing to talk to TLC cameras about Jon.

Kate was also not keen on talking about her current relationship status, either. In another clip, she complains to her friend about reporters asking who she’s dating.

"Don't they realize after five years it offends me?" she said. "It's annoying and it's a reminder that, here I am! It's just me!"

Kate has been linked to two men since her split from Jon. The first was her bodyguard Steve Neild and, most recently, she’s been reportedly dating millionaire Jeff Prescott.
