Kate Gosselin was seen this weekend wearing a big smile and a shiny diamond ring, but according to the Kate Plus 8 star, she’s not engaged—and actually far from it!

Gosselin, 40, said she wore the ring to TLC’s Block Party in Philadelphia as a present to herself from her birthday, though fans were quick to point out it was on her left ring finger.
