Kate Middleton has a byline! The Duchess of Cambridge exchanged her crown for a keyboard on Feb. 17 as Guest Editor for Huffington Post UK and shared some incredible news about her family!
The 34-year-old was photographed at Kensington Palace where she met with the HuffPo UK team to promote the site’s initiative “Young Minds Matter.”
The Duchess penned her own column to raise awareness for the mental health of young children and even mentioned her own children, 2-year-old Prince George and 9-month-old Princess Charlotte!
“Like most parents today, William and I would not hesitate to seek help for our children if they needed it,” she wrote. “We hope to encourage George and Charlotte to speak about their feelings, and to give them the tools and sensitivity to be supportive peers to their friends as they get older. We know there is no shame in a young child struggling with their emotions or suffering from a mental illness.”
