We Have A Name! Find Out The Name Kate Middleton & Prince William Chose For Their Baby Princess

Kate Middleton and Prince William have finally announced the name of their daughter – and it’s a tribute to two important women in The Duke of Cambridge’s life! The royal couple has named their little girl Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana,” Kensington Palace confirmed in a statement. “The baby will be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.”
Princess Charlotte shares her name with Princess Charlotte of Wales, the daughter of King George IV, and other famous family figures throughout history. The royal baby’s middle name Elizabeth is in honor of the reigning Queen and Diana is a tribute to Prince William’s late mother.

Royal baby No. 2 was born at 8:37 a.m. London time on Saturday, May 2.
Only 10 hours after her birth, Her Royal Highness made her debut on the steps of St. Mary hospital in a cream-colored bonnet and blanket.
