Keith Urban has shared some sound advice for troubled pop star Demi Lovato in the wake of her shocking drug overdose.
She was found unconscious at her Los Angeles home last Tuesday only two days after she put on a big performance at the California Mid-State fair.
Paramedics administered Narcan, which is used to reverse opioids, and then transported her to a medical center. She's been reported in stable condition since then, and has had her family and ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama by her side at the hospital.
Keith, who had battled with drugs and alcohol in the past, spoke out about Demi in an interview with Channel 9's Today Extra in Australia on Monday.

The "Blue Ain't Your Color" crooner encouraged the 25-year-old to surround herself with "good people" and create a "different" way of life.
“I don't know anything about her personally. Just good people around her, and a willingness to want to live a different way if that's what she wants to do,” he said during the interview. Keith isn't the first celebrity to share some advice and kind words for Demi, as several others including Selena Gomez and Ellen DeGeneres have spoken out in support of her in this time of need.
