A mother and her younger daughter were eating on the patio of the deli, where Kendall and Ben were also seated. It was there that the harnessed dog allegedly nipped the girl. Sources claimed that there were no obvious puncture wounds from the bite, so the deli’s staff just administered ice from inside for her injury.

Kendall and Ben reportedly paid their bill and vanished when the mother came back outside to confront them. They left no contact info or note as a result. Because of this, sources claim that 911 was called. Responding officers took a report and then referred the case to Animal Control. Paramedics, however, were not required for the girl’s injuries.

Now a source close to Kendall claimed that her dog never made contact with the child -- it was startled by the little girl -- but it never bit her.  The insider alleged that Kendall didn't leave the deli until she was sure the dog didn't bite the girl as there were no physical injuries.
