So what exactly is a butt lift? It's a butt augmentation with your own fat to create more prominent, perky buttock. Her backside certainly looks perkier these days!

“Recent photos of Khloe Kardashian suggest that she may have had cosmetic surgery for enhancement of the buttocks,” Dr. Neal Handel, MD, claims.

“For decades the standard procedure to enlarge the buttocks was implantation of a silicone ‘butt implant’ similar to the implants used for breast augmentation,” Dr. Handel notes.

So what exactly did KoKo do to get these insane curves? “Because her waistline looks slimmer, it raises the possibility that fat was harvested from the abdomen using liposuction and then injected into the buttocks," Dr. Handel alleges.
