Khloe Kardashian isn’t letting Lamar Odom’s near-death overdose stop her from getting boozy on the small screen! The reality star plans to move forward with her talk show, Kocktails with Khloe, despite her loved one’s addiction issues.

Kocktails with Khloe was delayed when her estranged husband was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel from a drug overdose. “Khloe was asked to meet with executives this week because they really want to make sure that she will be okay with this,” a source told RadarOnline. “They needed to know that they are not wasting all of this money on production only to have her back out last minute.”
