Khloe shared this pic of her with Tracy Romulus, a good friend of Kim Kardashian who recently took over Kardashian West Brands when Kim parted ways with her longtime assistant, Stephanie Shepherd.

Khloe captioned the pic, “Issa pregnancy vibe @tracyromulus and I showed up as TWINS! Shoes and all!”

Both Khloe and Tracy are wearing tight black dresses over the baby bumps in the photo, as well as lace up black booties!
