Kim Kardashian threw quite the lavish birthday party for her son Saint and nephew Reign on Saturday who turn 3 and 4 respectively this month. Read on for all the details.

And Saint and Reign's name on the other with the date that it happened (Saturday).
Kim must still be in Thanksgiving mode, as she ordered a cake that resembled an actual Turkey with all the fixings!
The theme for Saint & Mason's birthday party was Tarzan as they are obsessed with the legendary character according to the media mogul.

Saint's big sister North appeared to have stolen their celebration by striking some fierce poses during it. The 5-year-old recently made her runway debut earlier this year.
Saint and Reign's birthday don't occur until later in the month, even though Kim threw a party on the 1st. Her son turns 3 years old on the 5th and her nephew turns 4 on the 14th.
