In the photos, the three women looked gorgeous as they posed on motorcycles with leather jackets and dresses in the black-and-white snaps. They also rocked smokey-eye makeup and voluminous hair. On Tuesday, February 25, Kim gushed about the shoot on Instagram, where she explained that she was inspired by Priscilla Presley.
Over the years, Kim, 39, has spoken candidly about her love for the 73-year-old Armenian singer. She also revealed that she’s admired Naomi’s fashion choices throughout her career. “I’d say Cher is really interesting to look at," Kim explained during an interview in December 2018. "And I will say Naomi Campbell is my glam and style inspiration, always."
One year prior to that interview, Cher called Kim her sister after catching wind of a photoshoot she did. “This pic,” Cher wrote. “My little Armenian. My sister did us both proud.”
“My evolution on this is probably some combination of growing up, getting married, having kids, and my life being so different than what it was when I was starting out,” she began. “Now, I feel like I have a duty to myself and to my children more than the public and I want to be a good role model for my kids.”
She continued, “I’m raising four black kids in this society and our system is so discriminatory against black and brown people. I want to do as much as I can to make their lives easier. I never knew much about the system until I started to dig in, and once I learned and saw how many things were wrong, I really couldn’t stop.”
