Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Using A New Surrogate For Their 4th Child, As Their Old One Was Already Pregnant!
Sept. 3 2019, Updated 5:31 a.m. ET
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are officially expanding their family! The couple have a fourth child on the way after securing a new surrogate to carry out the pregnancy.
Sources close to the couple explained that they had one more fertilized embryo left, but they were unable to use their original surrogate because she just gave birth to her own baby on Christmas Eve.
Though Kim and Kanye developed a positive relationship with their surrogate, they had no choice but to go elsewhere. Their baby boy is due in May.
The couple are already parents to North, Saint, and Chicago and though Kim gave birth naturally for her first two pregnancies, doctors warned that it wouldn't be safe for her to do so in the future. Chicago was born via surrogate in January 2018.

“Kanye wants to have more kids,” she said at the time. “He's been harassing me. He wants seven. He's stuck on seven. Seven is crazy. I could never, especially in like the world we live in.
