Kim Kardashian Shares New Pics Of North's Extravagant 5th Birthday As Kanye West Spirals

On Tuesday night, Kim Kardashian posted a photo of her daughter, North West, at her 5th birthday party on her IG story. The post linked to her app and website which gave fans an inside look on her daughter's conjoined extravagant birthday bash with her cousin and Kourtney Kardashian's daughter, Penelope Disick. Is the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star publishing the details of the party several months later in hopes to cover up her husband, Kanye West's downward spiral?

It's no surprise to fans when Kanye says or does something controversial, but over the last week it has gotten quite out of hand. On October 29, the rapper was on Saturday Night Live where he performed and made a long speech about his support of President Donald Trump that did not make it to air. Nevertheless, he managed to make almost every person in the room feel uncomfortable.

A few days later, the 41-year-old posted an Instagram wearing a red "Make America Great Again" hat in his private jet, captioning his photo, "this represents good and America becoming whole again." This post did not go over well with many, including singer Lana Del Ray, who sang at Kim and Kanye's wedding.

“North and Penelope wore matching rainbow bathing suits and we also had matching unicorn-candy-filled birthday cakes from Flour Shop,” the beauty mogul added, also mentioning that the party was orchestrated by celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss.

While Kim likes to appear like Kanye's outbursts don't bother her, a source told People that, "having all this backlash against Kanye is embarrassing for her and her family, but she will never say that,” the insider said. “She supports Kanye through and through and truly does think her husband is entitled to his own opinion.”
