Kim Kardashian fans commended her for being so calm during tough discussions on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but she admitted if anything happens with her kids, she flips out. Kim told her followers on April 7 she had to call 911 after her son Saint suffered from an allergic reaction.
Kim, 38, told fans who praised for having civil conversations with Kanye West, “It doesn’t benefit you to not be calm.”
She continued, “But let me tell you when one of my kids get injured or anything and I’m screaming and freaking everyone out.”
The KUWTK star then revealed, “My Sainty had an allergic reaction and I jumped over the table like a hurdle lol.”
Kim said she “screamed ‘call 911’ and Khloe had to calm me down! I’m either super zen or so dramatic!” She later updated her fans, “Yes my baby is fine.”
Kanye, 41, reprimanded Kim for naming Saint, 3, as her favorite child during the KUWTK season 16 premiere. She admitted, “Saint happens to be one of my favorite human beings.”
