Kim Kardashian only had her third child, Chicago, a week ago, and she's already looking for a surrogate for kid #4! Click through to see why she's so eager to expand the family.
Kim welcomed baby Chicago via surrogate on Jan. 16, and according to Us Weekly, the 37-year-old makeup mogul has been a very "hands on mom."
And apparently Kim is ready for more! "Kim wants a fourth child," according to an insider. It's unclear if she's looking for a new surrogate or would go to the same woman who carried Chicago.
Kim's been busy with three kids so far, especially without the help of her sisters. Kourtney Kardashian has been occupied with her boyfriend Younes Bendjima and pregnant Khloe Kardashian is in Cleveland with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

"Kim gets up for everything, in the middle of the night, especially in the first week," a source told Us Weekly of the reality TV star's parenting. "It’s really important they bond with the baby. Kim’s a very hands-on mom."
Fortunately, Kim's had some help from her mom Kris Jenner who has been "helping out bringing food and gifts," the insider said. And if Kim has a fourth kid, she'll definitely need all the help she can get!
