Kim, who revealed to Ellen DeGeneres that she’s expecting girl, recently posted this pic of a breastfeeding pillow called “My Brest Friend.” Although fans wondered why Kim would need it, some fans pointed out that the product can be used even when bottle feeding a baby.

Next, Kim showed off this adorable “serenity star.” The item shows parents the temperature of the child’s room, doubles as a sound machine, and even includes a feeding diary so parents can keep track of when their child is eating.

Plus, Kim let fans know she wouldn’t be able to make it to the LuMee film festival next weekend in Park City. The post suggests Kim isn’t planning on straying far from home any time soon!

An insider previously told ET that Kim will “be hands-on from the beginning” with her third baby, especially since she won’t have to worry about any post-pregnancy complications! In the past, the mom of two has suffered from placenta accreta with both North and Saint.
